FITNESS

BLOCKS

  • 30 seconds blocking with partner (boxing gloves to be worn)

HAND ATTACKS

  • Palm heel
  • Jumping back fist
  • Downward angle elbow

KICKS

  • Jumping side kick
  • Jumping roundhouse kick
  • Step up axe kickhooking kick
  • Jumping axe kick

CLINCH WORK

  • Turning knee (lead leg)

COMBINATIONS

  • As set by Instructor/Examiner

PAD WORK

  • As set by Instructor/ Examiner

BALANCE

  • Hooking kick (front leg) x 10 each leg without dropping leg

SELF DEFENCE

  • Attack = grab anywhere, hook punch - Any defence
  • Attack = roundhouse kick - Any defence

SPARRING

  • As set by Instructor/Examiner
