FITNESS

  • As set by Instructor/Examiner

BLOCKS

  • 1 minute blocking with partner (boxing gloves to be worn)

HAND ATTACKS

  • Cupping palm heel
  • Side fist
  • Spinning back fist

KICKS

  • Roundhouse kick
  • Stamping kick
  • Jumping back kick
  • Spinning hooking kick

CLINCH WORK

  • Neck wrestling with turning knee

COMBINATIONS

  • As set by Instructor/Examiner

PAD WORK

  • As set by Instructor/ Examiner

BALANCE

  • Spinning heel kick (performed in slow motion, in line work)


SELF DEFENCE

  • Attack = knife lunge attack- Any defence
  • Attack = knife attack from rear- Any defence

SPARRING

  • Multiple sparring (one student in middle, attacked by circle of attackers)
  • As set by Instructor/Examiner
