- 1 minute blocking with partner (boxing gloves to be worn)
HAND ATTACKS
- Cupping palm heel
- Side fist
- Spinning back fist
KICKS
- Roundhouse kick
- Stamping kick
- Jumping back kick
- Spinning hooking kick
CLINCH WORK
- Neck wrestling with turning knee
COMBINATIONS
- As set by Instructor/Examiner
PAD WORK
- As set by Instructor/ Examiner
BALANCE
- Spinning heel kick (performed in slow motion, in line work)
SELF DEFENCE
- Attack = knife lunge attack- Any defence
- Attack = knife attack from rear- Any defence
SPARRING
- Multiple sparring (one student in middle, attacked by circle of attackers)
