BLOCKS
- Slipping and riding punches with partner (boxing gloves to be worn)
HAND ATTACKS
- Spinning back elbow
- Over arm cross
- Side elbow
- Swinging uppercut
- Swinging hook
KICKS
- Spinning axe kick
- Jumping spinning heel kick
- Double turning kick
- Jumping inward crescent kick
CLINCH WORK
- Close quarter punching when leaning on partner
COMBINATIONS
- As set by Instructor/Examiner
PAD WORK
- As set by Instructor/ Examiner
BALANCE
- Four directional kick x 5 each leg using front, back, side and turning kicks
SELF DEFENCE
- Attack = stick - Any defence
SPARRING
- 2 V 1 sparring (and also as set by Instructor/Examiner)
