FITNESS

  • As set by Instructor/Examiner

BLOCKS

  • Slipping and riding punches with partner (boxing gloves to be worn)

HAND ATTACKS

  • Spinning back elbow
  • Over arm cross
  • Side elbow
  • Swinging uppercut
  • Swinging hook

KICKS

  • Spinning axe kick
  • Jumping spinning heel kick
  • Double turning kick
  • Jumping inward crescent kick

CLINCH WORK

  • Close quarter punching when leaning on partner

COMBINATIONS

  • As set by Instructor/Examiner

PAD WORK

  • As set by Instructor/ Examiner

BALANCE

  • Four directional kick x 5 each leg using front, back, side and turning kicks

SELF DEFENCE

  • Attack = stick - Any defence

SPARRING

  • 2 V 1 sparring (and also as set by Instructor/Examiner)
