FITNESS

BLOCKS
- Shoulder raise (both sides)
- Cross arm guard
HAND ATTACKS (both sides)
- Side step jab
- Downward elbow strike
KICKS (both sides)
- Jumping turning kick
- Jumping outer crescent kick
- Back kick
COMBINATIONS
- As set by Instructor/Examiner
PAD WORK
- As set by Instructor/ Examiner
- 90 seconds continuous kicking and punching against Thai pads
BALANCE
- Side kick (front leg) x 10 each leg without dropping leg
SPARRING (semi contact only, students must have full set of safety equipment)
- Hands only sparring - Legs only sparring - Hands and feet sparring
