FITNESS

  • As set by Instructor/Examiner

BLOCKS

  • Shoulder raise (both sides)
  • Cross arm guard

HAND ATTACKS (both sides)

  • Side step jab
  • Downward elbow strike

KICKS (both sides)

  • Jumping turning kick
  • Jumping outer crescent kick
  • Back kick

COMBINATIONS

  • As set by Instructor/Examiner

PAD WORK

  • As set by Instructor/ Examiner
  • 90 seconds continuous kicking and punching against Thai pads

BALANCE

  • Side kick (front leg) x 10 each leg without dropping leg

SPARRING (semi contact only, students must have full set of safety equipment)

  • Hands only sparring - Legs only sparring - Hands and feet sparring
