FITNESS
- As set by Instructor/Examiner
BLOCKS
- Body deflections
- Outer forearm block (both sides)
HAND ATTACKS (both sides)
- Roundhouse elbow
- Back fist
KICKS (both sides)
- Axe kick
- Spinning outer crescent kick
- Jumping front snap kick
COMBINATIONS
- As set by Instructor/Examiner (up to triple techniques)
PAD WORK (To be assessed on ability to hold pads as well as
strike)
- As set by Instructor/ Examiner (up to triple techniques)
- 2 minutes continuous punching, to include bob and weave
BALANCE
- Turning kick (front leg) x 10 each leg without dropping
leg
SPARRING (light contact only, students must have full set of
safety equipment)
- Hands only sparring - Legs only sparring - Hands and feet
sparring
