HAND ATTACKS

  • Shovel punch
  • Ridge hand
  • Uppercut elbow

KICKS

  • Jumping knee
  • Hookiing kick
  • Step up axe kick
  • Spinning heel kick

COMBINATIONS

  • As set by Instructor/Examiner

PAD WORK

  • As set by Instructor/ Examiner
  • Freestyle (pad holders choice)
  • 2 minutes continuous kicking and punching against Thai pads

BALANCE

  • Front kick/turning kick (front leg) x 10 each leg without dropping leg

SPARRING

  • As set by Instructor/Examiner
