COMBINATIONS
- Jab, cross, hook
- Front push kick, roundhouse kick (both mid section from back leg)
- Sliding jab, hook, turning kick (all on same side, repeat other side)
PAD WORK (both sides)
- Hooks - front pushing kick (mid section) - roundhouse kick (mid section) - jab/cross/middle roundhouse kick - 1 minute continuous punching
