  • Outward crescent kicks x 5 (continuously)
  • Inward crescent kicks x 5 (continuously)

STANCES

  • Front guarding stance

BLOCKS (both sides)

  • Cover up guard
  • Low parry

HAND ATTACKS (both sides)

  • Sliding jab
  • Hook

KICKS (both sides)

  • Roundhouse kick (middle section)
  • Front pushing kick (middle section)
  • Outward crescent kick
  • Inward crescent kick


COMBINATIONS

  • Jab, cross, hook
  • Front push kick, roundhouse kick (both mid section from back leg)
  • Sliding jab, hook, turning kick (all on same side, repeat other side)

PAD WORK (both sides)

  • Hooks - front pushing kick (mid section) - roundhouse kick (mid section) - jab/cross/middle roundhouse kick - 1 minute continuous punching

  • Shadow sparring
