HAND ATTACKS

  • Jab
  • Cross

KICKS (both sides)

  • Front snap kick
  • Turning kick

COMBINATIONS

  • Front leg front snap kick, jab and cross
  • Jab, cross, low turning kick (rear leg)

PAD WORK (both sides)

  • Front snap kick - low turning kick - jab.cross - 30 seconds continuous punching


SPARRING

  • Shadow sparring.
